Having spent years learning the business alongside his dad, Paul, Conor took responsibility for running Hardy’s when Paul retired in 2019.

He brings deep product knowledge, but his approach goes beyond what is written on the box. He listens to customers, understands the space they live and work in, and considers the measurements, installation and practical details that can make all the difference.

If the obvious answer does not work, he will look for another one. New ideas, the same commitment—and a determination to keep moving Hardy’s forward.
