Recycling without installation
Your old appliance needs to be disconnected, empty and ready for us to remove when we arrive.
Recycling with installation
If you’ve also booked installation, we’ll disconnect your old appliance as part of that service, install and test the replacement, and take the packaging away.

Recycling FAQs
Can you collect an appliance if I’m not buying a new one?
No. The service is for old appliances being collected when Hardy’s delivers a replacement.
Do I need to disconnect my old appliance?
Yes, unless you’ve also booked installation. With installation, our team will disconnect the existing appliance where applicable.
How much does recycling cost?
The charge varies depending on the appliance. The available recycling option and price are shown when ordering, or our team can arrange it in store.
What about large appliances such as American fridge freezers?
They can be collected too. Because of their size and weight, these will generally require our Premium Two-Person delivery service.
