flexInduction Plus – Smart, extendable cooking zone adapts to your cookware

With flexInduction Plus, the flexible cooking zones automatically extend in two directions to add more depth or width for your extra-large cookware up to 30 cm in diameter. If one zone is not big enough for your cookware item, your hob takes control and activates more inductors for even heating. It’s also an excellent option for using teppanyakis or griddle plates up to 40 cm long.

touchSlider: control the power level with a touch of your finger.

Operating your hob just got more intuitive. With the touchSlider, simply touch or slide your finger to control the power level of your cooking zones. The heat regulation takes place in half levels, up to a maximum setting of nine.

fryingSensor Pro: great cooking, without the burning.

Now there is no need to have to think about adjusting heat settings while you cook. The fryingSensor Pro keeps the heat in the pan at a consistent level, with the choice of 11 temperature options. The intelligent sensor controls the temperature and avoids burning, so you get excellent results every time. Please note that fryingSensor Pro only works on cooking zones marked with the Frying Sensor symbol. Enjoy spending time with your guests, without worrying about burned food.
